A literature review is an integrated analysis-- not just a summary-- of scholarly writings that are related directly to your research question. That is, it represents the literature that provides background information on your topic and shows a correspondence between those writings and your research question.

For with six or more authors, cite only the first author followed by "et al." and the year. In the list of references give all names up to and including six authors.

Examples show the correct format for citing online and print sources in American Psychological Association (APA) style.
Type your title in upper and lowercase letters centered in the upper half of the page. APA recommends that your title be no more than 67 words in length and that it should not contain abbreviations or words that serve no purpose. Your title may take up one or two lines. All text on the title page, and throughout your paper, should be double-spaced.
A Digital Object Identifier (DOI) is a unique name assigned by the International DOI Foundation that provides a persistent link to its location on the Internet.
The and in Smith and Wexwood is written as an ampersand (& ) inside parentheses and as the word 5665 and outside of parentheses, as shown in the examples above.
